Larry Hertz and Marilyn Hertz (the “Hertz Team”) are a mother and son real estate team. They have lived in Lafayette since 1962. Larry grew up where his parents still reside and presently lives within a mile of his childhood home.
Marilyn has been selling real estate since the mid 80's. The Hertz Team has represented and continues to represent buyers and sellers in Lafayette and surrounding communities in the East Bay. Larry has worked in real estate sales, management, and as an investment management consultant. He has been in real estate management for 27 years and spent 17 years as an investment management consultant on Wall Street. He has a skill for listening and understanding buyer and seller needs and enjoys assisting them in reaching their goals. The art of negotiation is his biggest strength.
